The Tyrone Guthrie Centre's Chair and Board of Directors are pleased to announce that Anna Walsh has been appointed to the role of Director.
Currently Theatre Forum's executive director and the Chair of Dublin Dance Festival, she will join the team early in the New Year. Combining an interest in the various aspects of culture and policy, Anna was awarded an M.A. Cultural Policy and Arts Management, UCD, an M.Phil. Irish Art History and an M.Sc. (Management) Organisational Behaviour, both Trinity College, Dublin in 2007-2011.
More than fifty years after Tyrone Guthrie's generous gift, Anna will work with the Annaghmakerrig team, public agencies, and many generous benefactors to secure the future of this extraordinary cultural resource and extend that generosity to all the island's communities and future generations of artists.
