Our Print Studio

About the Print Studio

Our print studio is situated on the ground floor of our studio block behind the Big House. We have two printing presses, along with lots of table space, a deep stainless-steel sink, and central heating. The print studio is well lit by natural daylight, as well as up-to-date lighting if needed.

Safety

We try to avoid the use of toxic inks, and we encourage print makers to use materials that will not harm the environment.

Materials

We do not provide plates, ink, or paper, although visiting artists do tend to leave some materials behind for the use of others.  We do not have facilities onsite to sell or store canvas, paper, or other art materials. Artists must bring everything they need or organize deliveries from art material companies to arrive during their residency, or within a week prior to arrival.
