1. 7 nights in our Big House, fully catered - €385.00
2. 7 nights in our self-catering cottages - €245.00 for the first person, and €125 for second person.

Owing to the rising cost of inflation, we are introducing a small increase in fees from 1 November 2022.

1. 7 nights in our Big House, fully catered, will rise by 4% to €400.00 per week (€57 per night for 7 nights).
2. 7 nights in our self catering cottages will rise by 6% to €260.00 per week (€37 per night for 7 nights). Fee for the second person will rise by 6% to €132 per seven nights.

Note: fee for second person in the self-catering cottages does not apply to carers.

International – outside Europe

1. 7 nights in our Big House, fully catered - €600.00
2. 7 nights in our self-catering cottages - €345.00 for the first person, and €140.00 for second person.

2. 7 nights in our self-catering cottages will rise by 6% to €365 per week (€52 per night for seven nights) and €148.00 for second person.

Note: fee for second person in the self-catering cottages does not apply to carers.

Note: a fee of €160.00 per week will apply to carers of residents in our Big House (who are not self-catering).

Fees for artists outside Europe must be paid via bank transfer four weeks in advance of arrival. See Cancellation Policy below.

We do not take deposits to hold places the following year.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that life happens, however, sudden cancellations can leave other artists without access to our facilities, and The Tyrone Guthrie Centre at a financial loss. Therefore, we are implementing the cancellation policy below as and from 1 October 2022.

For local, national, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales, England and Europe - a cancellation fee of €75.00 will incur for cancellations up to seven days prior to arrival unless you provide us with a positive covid test, or a medical certificate, or in the case of bereavement or other unavoidable personal circumstances.

A cancellation fee of half the cost of your stay will incur for cancellations made within seven days of arrival, unless you provide us with a positive covid test, or a medical certificate, or in the case of bereavement or other unavoidable personal circumstances.

For residents outside Europe - a cancellation fee of €150.00 will incur for cancellations up to fourteen days prior to arrival unless you provide us with a positive covid test, or a medical certificate, or in the case of bereavement or other unavoidable personal circumstances.

A cancellation fee of half the cost of your stay will incur for cancellations made within fourteen days of arrival, unless you provide us with a positive covid text, or a medical certificate, or in the case of bereavement or other unavoidable personal circumstances.
