Residency Application Form

Apply here for an artist residency at the Tyrone Guthrie Centre.

Applications are considered on an ongoing basis. Your application will be acknowledged shortly after receipt. All new applications are submitted to a Selection Committee of the Board that meet quarterly and we will contact you with their decision at that time.

You should select the discipline for which you are established. Only one can be selected. It is still possible to include work from on another discipline in your proposal.
Please note that applications for local authority bursaries should be made directly to your local authority, and not directly to the Tyrone Guthrie Centre. Similarly, applications for the Noelle Vial Poetry Bursary, MAKE and the Dance Ireland Dance Bursary should be made directly with the awarding institutions. See here for more details.

Residency Proposal

Describe your current project and what you hope to achieve through your residency.
Artists collaborating on a project should submit individual forms and work samples, but may submit a joint description of the collaborative work to be undertaken.

Duration & Dates of Residency

If your application is successful you can contact us with regard to availability for your residency. Residencies are a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 1 month for the main house, and 2 months for farmyard cottages.
